1. Go to the “Shop” Tab at the top of the website
2. Select the store in which you would like to order from
3. Begin adding items to the cart
4. Enter your address at the top of the cart
5. Select Proceed to checkout
6. Select the Delivery Time (Delivery times are estimated upon delivery volume for the day.)
7. On the checkout page provide all pertinent delivery details, including gate codes and/or building numbers.
8. Review all required check out agreements
9. Below the checkout agreements, please enter and provide the following details: your name, birthday, and a very clear image of your photo ID.
10. Once you have filled out your delivery information and uploaded your ID, proceed to submit your order, and select a delivery reservation time.
11. A Cultivate Employee will reach out to you regarding your delivery to confirm the products ordered, your name, birthdate, and any additional policies. Please note, this is considered a “verification” call and Nevada regulations make this a requirement.
12. All final totals are estimated until verified by a Cultivate Employee

Your order will be canceled and the items in your cart will go back into our inventory system. You will have to replace your order if you would like those items. Recurring cancellations may result in being barred from online ordering.

No. We offer free deliveries with an order minimum of $50. Seniors (65+) do not have to meet the delivery minimum requirements

Seniors must call the facility and request assistance with their online order, if they would like to receive free delivery with no order minimum

Per Nevada state regulations, retail dispensaries are required to verbally confirm your delivery order prior to sending it out for delivery. If you miss this call, our staff will call you twice more. If you miss all 3 calls, your delivery order will be canceled.

No. Only the person who placed the order will be able to receive the order OR an Official Nevada State Caregiver.

We are currently cash only. For the safety of our drivers, we do not carry change for delivery orders. Please ensure you have enough cash for your order, upon delivery.
