Cultivate Rewards Program
a. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent (no limit) on eligible purchases. Qualifying purchases include merchandise, product, paraphernalia, and exclude sales tax, state fees, or other excluded charges specified by us from time-to-time.
a. Product rewards will consist of personalized discounts, product recommendations, tickets to events, and more!
b. If you have downloaded our app onto your personal device, your total points and applicable rewards will be listed for your view.
c. If you have not downloaded our app, and request this information, please contact our store for further assistance.

d. We reserve the right to make certain rewards or offers redeemable only in-store or online depending on the offering.

b. To redeem online, please contact one of our associates for assistance as the redemption process may be different depending on the platform you are making your purchase through.
c. To redeem in-store, Select “redeem” and proceed to your shopping cart. Shipping charges may apply.
d. Only 1 redemption is permitted per transaction.
a. Yes. Points will expire 365 days after your last purchase making you an inactive customer. For example, if you shop with us on 02/17/2024, and you do not make another purchase within the next year, any accumulated points will be removed from your account.
a. Redemptions cannot be applied to any daily deals or promotional products.

a. Rewards, benefits and points earned have no cash value, are non-transferable and you have no property rights in any rewards, benefits and points.
a. Accounts, program rewards, benefits, and points cannot be shared or combined. Only the member paying for the products and engaging with the brand may accumulate rewards, benefits, and points.
b. In addition to this, only 1 phone number or email address can be utilized and associated with a user’s profile.

a. Any product that is returned or any order that is canceled will reverse or decrease the points you received from that purchase. If you move up a tier in that order, your tier will also be adjusted accordingly.
a. The products and services available, in addition to any samples, rewards, or gifts that we may provide to you are for personal use only. This means that you may not sell or resell any of the products, services, or samples you purchase or otherwise receive from us.
b. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled and/or any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of the program.
a. Yes. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the program or any aspect or feature of Cultivate Rewards at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards, benefits, and/or points already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards, benefits and points.
a. If your membership is terminated or expires, rewards, benefits and points in your account will automatically terminate.
a. If the program is terminated, your points, benefits and rewards will automatically terminate. We will advise members of the effective date of termination of the program and its points, benefits and rewards.
a. If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the program, you can opt-out and delete your profile, at any point in time.
