Delivery FAQ

Enjoy Cultivate in the comfort of your own home. We now offer delivery to most residential areas in Las Vegas. Delivery is available 7 days a week and deliver between the hours of 8AM-11PM.

What are Cultivate’s delivery days and times?

Due to the high volume of delivery orders being placed please expect 4-6 hours for your cannabis to be delivered.
All orders placed between 8am-7pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 3pm: If order volume is too high, we will call to notify you of your order status and confirm next day delivery.

What are Cultivate’s delivery fees?

At this time, Cultivate’s delivery fees are as follows.

Free Delivery with a $75 minimum purchase. 

What if I miss my verification call?

Our team members at Cultivate will make sure to call you multiple times before sending out your items for delivery.
If the customer does not confirm in the two hour window. Your order will be canceled due to high demand. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Does Cultivate offer daily deals?

Customers will find our daily deals posted with the valid date ( DEALS MAY VARY ) on the left hand side menu under NEWS on the BLOG page. You may also sign up for our text message reward program to stay updated on our daily deals and earn points to spend on your next visit by clicking HERE.

Is there a minimum order required for delivery?

Cultivate requires at least $75 pre-tax purchase in order to place a delivery.

Can a friend, partner, or coworker receive my order?

No, we can only deliver to the person who placed the order or an Official Nevada State Caregiver.

How do I contact someone regarding my order?

Due to recent Coronavirus restrictions, we are receiving an influx of orders. If you are having trouble reaching a customer service associate, please email us at or call us at (702) 778-1173. We will try our best to answer your questions in a timely manner.

What are my payment methods for delivery?

Cultivate is currently accepting cash only at this time.

Where can you deliver?

Pursuant to NCCR.7.050 Cannabis Facilities may only deliver to private residence where the residence does not obtain a Gaming License. 

Additionally, Pursuant to NCCR.1.163, Private residences include, but are not limited to, single family homes, town houses, duplexes, condominiums, mobile homes and apartments.

Private residences do not include hotels, weekly hotels, monthly hotels, motels, camps, campers, motor homes, and/or other vehicles and industrial and commercial facilities that do not also serve as residences. Private residences also do not include universities, colleges, and/or schools, as well as their housing, residences, and/or dormitories.
