How Do I Place A Curbside Pick Up Order?

While placing an order on our website menu choose the PICKUP tab instead of delivery. We will then notify you through text for further information.

Can Anyone Be In The Vehicle With Me When I Pickup?

According to state compliance, everyone in the vehicle has

to be 21 years of age or older. The dispensary agent will make sure to verify all passengers including the driver’s valid forms of identifications.

How Do I Pay For My Product?

Cash Only

Can I Cancel/Change My Order?

If Customer requests to change their order let them know you will have to cancel their current order and they will need to place a new order with the correct items. Customer can remain in the Curbside Pickup Area while this occurs.

Can Someone Else Pick Up My Order?

Unfortunately, No. You will need to be the one to pick up your order and present your valid ID.

When Will My Order Be Ready For Pickup?

Upon completion of your order submission, the store will notify you when your order has been processed and is ready for pick up. Normally this process will take 30 minutes to 1 hour. When you arrive you will be designated to a parking/waiting space by our dispensary agent.

Once I park in the designated area for pick up what do I do?

Click the link in the text to write a description of your car. Sit tight and wait for your budtender to bring your order to your car. For any more information please email us at pickup@cultivatelv.com

Can I place a preorder during after store hours for next day pick up?

You can place a pre order anytime after 7:30pm. We will notify you the following morning to schedule curbside pick up.
