Cultivate Rewards Program FAQ
1. How does the program work?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent in our stores. You can then redeem these points for free merchandise, discounts on non-sales products, and unique experiences.
2. How do I enroll in the program?
To participate in the program you can provide our receptionists with your mobile phone number and that will be added to your customer profile. Which automatically enrolls you into our Rewards Program.
3. How do I access the program and check my point balance?
Once enrolled, Cultivate will send you texts after every purchase to confirm the number of Rewards points that you just earned. The text also provides a tappable link to your Rewards Wallet. You are always one-click away from your points and available rewards.
Dispensary Agents can also help you save the rewards program, to your smartphone’s home screen, for future viewing.
4. Do my points expire?
If a customer doesn’t shop with us for more than 12 months (365 days), the account is considered abandoned and all the points expire. You may receive a text message indicating your account is about to be considered abandoned, if you haven’t made a purchase in more than 365 days. To avoid the expiration of your rewards points, place an order through our website or come in store to purchase prior to the expiration date. Your points will not expire if your account is maintained.
5. My points don’t seem accurate to me. How do I get help?
Please fill out the form below so that we can research your account(s). In some cases, customers have multiple accounts which can create confusion among the platform. When filling out the form, below please include all of the possible emails and phone numbers that may be associated with your account while shopping at Cultivate. This will help us identify duplicate accounts and efficiently process your questions and concerns. We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.
