Cultivate Rewards Program FAQ
1. How does the program work?
Members earn 1 point per dollar spent. At the end of each transaction, each member will receive a text confirming their purchase and their total allotted points. This allows each member to be in the know of their current reward status!
2. How do I enroll in the program?
To enroll in our Loyalty Program, simply CLICK HERE. Our receptionists can also enroll you into the program should you decide to do so upon shopping with us! All they need is a cell phone number.
3. How do I access the program and check my point balance?
Upon becoming a member, you will begin to accumulate points with every purchase where you will also receive a confirmation text. This text confirms your transaction, the dollar amount spent, and points earned. BONUS FEATURE! This text contains a clickable link that will take you to your loyalty page should you feel inclined to view more details about your transactions.
4. Will my points expire?
If a member does not shop with us for more than 12 months (365 days), the account is considered abandoned and all accumulated points expire. Members may receive a text message indicating your account is about to be considered abandoned, if you haven’t made a purchase in more than 365 days. To avoid the expiration of your rewards points, place an order through our website or come in store to purchase, prior to the expiration date. Your points will not expire if your account is maintained.
5. My points don’t seem accurate to me. How do I get help?
Please head to our Contact page by clicking this LINK and provide the following details: Name, Date of Birth, and Phone Number. This will help us identify duplicate accounts and efficiently process your questions and concerns. We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible. In some cases, customers have multiple accounts which can create confusion among the platform.
